My Summer Journal
Journaling is simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can be a great idea. It can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. In your journal, you can also draw, write lists, cut out pictures that make happy and glue them in, or just write how you feel at any given moment over the summer. You can share what you put in your journal or you can keep it private and just for you. Try to journal 3 or more times each week over summer break.
